Our range of specially treated Nunc* cultureware and our Hyclone* Hystem Hydrogels are designed to provide you with improved control and experimental predictability.
Our range of cultureware includes products with surfaces specially treated for adherent cell culture through to surfaces with ultralow cell binding properties ideal for embryoid body formation. Included in this range is our UpCell surface which has a temperature dependent binding capacity to allow the harvesting of cells without trypsinization or mechanical force.
Our Hystem Hydrogel is a fully defined matrix which can be customized for any stem cell niche. The Hystem system enables complete control over matrix characteristics by allowing tailored stiffness or the addition of user-supplied extracellular matrix proteins and growth factors. The tailored Hystem can then be used to coat a plate or encapsulate cells
