Fill Level

Real-time, inline fill measurement and quality inspection for beverages optimizes product quality, protects your brand, reduces wastes and improves filling line efficiencies.

A safe, easy-to-use inspection solution is required to optimize fill measurement and quality control on beverage processing lines. The Thermo Scientific* InScan uses non-ionizing, low-power X-ray technology to capture detailed images of the beverage containers. This X-ray technology is non-irradiating and therefore safe to use.

The InScan's detection system captures data both horizontally and vertically, producing a detailed picture of each container. This method allows the InScan to make multiple, intelligent and accurate decisions on each container/package and then the system automatically identifies and rejects unacceptable containers.
