Our discovery-driven liquid chromatography-multistage mass spectrometry (LC)-MS/MS selected reaction monitoring (SRM) workflow mines data from biomarker discovery experiments and then uses this data to construct targeted biomarker assays that can be applied to clinical research studies. It is now remarkably easy to develop and optimize high-throughput, quantitative, multiplexed targeted biomarker assays.
