Our products related to quality control include online coal analyzers, blending software, sampling systems, belt feeders, belt scales, and density gauges. Our analyzers give you real-time information on coal quality so that you can be confident of what is in each train or barge you ship. Our associated blending software working along with the analyzer and belt feeders can keep your quality consistent throughout the consignment. Our certified belt scales give you and your customers the assurance that you are shipping, and they are receiving, the tonnages required. Our density gauges are critical to the efficient use of heavy media in prep plant operation.

- We offer two online coal analyzers. One analyzes a sample stream with the best accuracy in the industry, and is ideally suited for loadout applications, while the other analyzes the full stream of coal on the conveyor and works well for applications with less stringent accuracy requirements.
