Mechanical Analysis

Investigating the mechanical properties of your material to optimize the final product or simulate the production processes.

DMA/DMTA

Torsional DMA/DMTA tests on a Thermo Scientific* HAAKE* MARS III rheometer enable you to quantify the elastic and damping properties of your product. With our patented solid clamps we guarantee a constant holding force of your sample in the full temperature range from -150° to 600°C. Shrinkage and expansion of your sample will thus be compensated for.

In addition to the viscoelastic moduli, the glass transition temperature as well as other second order transitions can be determined very precisely.

SER

The SER (Sentmanat Extensional Rheometer) system for the Thermo Scientific* HAAKE MARS extends a conventional rotational rheometer into a robust extensional rheometer for melts and semi-solids. With this tool, you can also quantitatively determine the peel and adhesion properties of your material.
