BindIt KingFisher Kit ApplicationsKingFisher Kits provide an excellent performance for the purification of DNA and RNA with KingFisher instruments. KingFisher magnetic particle purification system, including KingFisher instrument and KingFisher Kits, offer an efficient and optimized method for purification of DNA and RNA. The variability of starting materials is broad, including blood, tissues, cells, cell-free body fluids and plant tissue. The resulting DNA or RNA is free of protein, nucleases and other contaminants, thus ready for use in downstream applications. Our BindIt software enables you to succesfully purify DNA and RNA in good quantities from various sample materials. |
