What is a training voucher?
A portion of Thermo Scientific instrument purchases comes with a training voucher that will pay a partial or full amount of a Training Institute course or onsite training course at your laboratory.
Is there an actual voucher or certificate that I need to turn in when purchasing a training course?
No, although you will need your sales order or serial number when registering for a course or contacting the Training Institute.
What is the value of my voucher?
Vouchers have different values depending on what type of instrument was purchased. Contact your sales representative or the Training Institute for further information.
What if I have multiple Thermo Scientific instruments and want to use the voucher toward another course?
The value of the voucher can be applied to any course offered by the Training Institute, including e-Learning. Note: If the course is a higher price, you are responsible for the cost difference.

When registering for a course, how is the voucher claimed?
Please select “included with system purchase” on the registration form. We will verify the validity of your voucher at the time of enrollment. You will receive a confirmation email within two business days.
