Technical Information

Optimized extraction procedures have been developed to allow ready-to-use solutions where there are no requirements for method development and allow confidence that the sample extraction technique will provide the cleanest extract possible.

The following examples highlight the elution profiles generated to provide optimized methods for the different drug classes for Servo+. Extraction of the compound(s) of interest was achieved by eluting from the respective HyperSep Servo+ cartridges with successively strong solvents and analyzing the extract via GC-MS.
