The Thermo Scientific Hyclone Single-Use Bioreactor (S.U.B) is based on a classical stainless steel design and geometry and is available in both Open Architecture and Turnkey Systems.
The S.U.B. offers the advantages of single-use processing, including no cleaning or sterilization (apart from traditional monitoring probes), faster turnaround and setup times, minimal validation, reduced investment and running costs, increased flexibility of manufacturing capacity and reduced time-to-market for your product.
Open Architecture
Open architecture single-use bioreactors (S.U.B.s) are sold without an integral control system for faster, cost-effective replacement of the vessel in existing bioreactor installations or flexibility in choosing the right control unit for new system implementations.
Turnkey Systems
The Thermo Scientific HyPerforma S.U.B. TK is a single-use bioreactor turnkey system that includes a vessel and a designated controller for an out-of-the-box bioprocessing solution.
