Thermo Scientific* TheraPure DNA Phosphoramidites are ideal for the most demanding applications of synthetic DNA oligonucleotides due to controlled levels of critical reactive impurities, controlled water content, and ultra high purity.
 
 
 
 
 
  • TheraPure phosphoramidites are designed for customers that require highly defined impurity profiles and strictly controlled manufacturing processes
  • Rigorously controlled manufacturing processes minimize levels of reactive P(III) impurities which could be incorporated into the oligonucleotide product and/or result in the accumulation of by-products which can be difficult to remove during purification
  • Limited residual water improves amidite stability, eliminating the interference with oligonucleotides synthesis that can be caused by excessive water
Process and Supply Chain Control:

  • A controlled raw material supply chain and established vendor partnerships ensure consistency and security of supply
