Orion2* Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Tester

The Thermo Scientific* Orion2 is a robotic field and contact charging CDM (Charged Device Model) ESD tester that meets the JEDEC, ESDA, AEC, JEITA and the new CDM2 test methods with optional humudity control.
Includes the discharge probes, associated hardware and calibration disks specified in these standards. Automatic Waveform Capture capability is standard.
