Powdered products are available in lot sizes and packaging that facilitate scale-up and manufacturing operations. All formulations incorporate a rigorous specification and approval process that includes a meticulous screening of incoming raw materials and suppliers to ensure conformance to cGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and our own quality standards. Dry buffers are formulated using either conventional ball milling technologies or our new continuous micronization process with lot sizes up to 6500kg.
