Thermo Scientific* RM 215 HM X-ray thickness gauge demonstrates excellence in non-contact measurement of metal strip.
The system is designed for use in the hot rolling mill environment and improves product quality through the use of accurate thickness sensors, capable of real-time feedback of absolute or deviation-from-target thickness measurements. Its flexible electronics platform also allows an upgrade to the system with the re-use of existing sensors, to take advantage of spare parts inventory.
