The e scan analyzer uses low levels of microwave energy—less than 0.03 watts—to precisely measure the bulk or constituent properties of a product as the wave passes through that product. Since the microwaves pass through the entire product, e scan provides an intrinsic measurement, not just a portion or surface measurement.
