HyClone FetalClone II serum, U.S. origin, is filtered using 100nm (0.1µm) pore-size filters and processed using ”True Pool” processing technology to ensure consistency in the quality of serum. As an FBS alternative, HyClone FetalClone II serum can take the place of FBS at a much reduced cost. FetalClone II is optimized for the growth of CHO cells and derivatives, offering the same basic formulation as FetalClone I plus additional growth factors and supplements. An extensive biochemical profile is available along with full traceability compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). ≤ 10EU/ml Endotoxin and ≤ 20mg/mL Hemoglobin.
