Diluting Stack Sampler, Model EPM.300 Series

The Thermo Scientific* Diluting Stack Probe Model EPM.300 Series performs four critical functions to prepare a sample from the stack (sample delivery, course filtering, fine filtering, and sample dilution).
The Thermo Scientific* Dilution Probes are proven performers with low maintenance requirements in the field and a long life on the stack.

Please Note: Availability may vary by country.

The system uses an air driven aspirator which extracts the sample from the stack. It is then passed consecutively through a coarse and fine particulate filter, a preselected glass or quartz critical orifice and diluted with the air from the aspirator. This process has now reduced the dew point of the stack sample to below that of the ambient air.

Key Features:

  • Low-cost installation, maintenance and operation
  • Low extractive flow rates, promoting long filter life
  • No moving parts in the system
  • Easy dynamic in-situ calibration at total dilution system
  • Manual or optional automatic blow back
  • Optional probe heater
Additional Information:

  • No need for heated sample line in most cases
  • Diluted sample is transported at positive pressure
  • Can be used with any existing ambient air analyzer
  • Available in several corrosion resistant materials

Ordering Alerts: Available in several corrosion-resistant materials.
