Thermo Scientific* offers PEAKS Studio software for de novo sequencing produced by Bioinformatics Solutions of Waterloo, Canada.
A fully functional proteomics workbench, PEAKS Studio will perform de novo sequencing, protein identification, meta-protein identification (PEAKS inChorus), assisted manual sequencing and data manipulation, either along side PEAKS Online or independently.

PEAKS Studion software quickly and efficiently provides de novo sequencing of proteomics data from LTQ FT and LTQ Orbitrap instruments, including ECD and ETD data.

  • Accepts Thermo Scientific RAW files or can accept spectra either directly from Proteome Discoverer or opened separately in PEAKS
  • Auto de novo or manual de novo sequencing are available
  • Very fast algorithm, approx. 1 spectrum/sec.
  • Possible to de novo sequence an entire raw file
  • Accurate mass enabled and thoroughly tested on LTQ Orbitrap and LTQ FT data
  • Enabled for c- and z-ion analysis for ECD and ETD analysis
  • Reads all supported mass-spectrometry data formats, and PEAKS native ANZ files
  • User-friendly interface accommodates novice and advanced users

Ordering Alerts: Each copy of PEAKS Studio is meant to be installed on a single computer with up to 4 CPUs, and used by one user at a time.
