Thermo Scientific* APIX/APIMS dQ and APIX/VG APIMS Quattro Ultra High Purity (UHP) electronic gas analyzers provide for the routine continuous measurement of contaminants including water and oxygen to single-digit ppt levels.
Offer a cost effective alternative to conventional quality control techniques allowing each bulk gas to be monitored for a range of potential contaminants, while achieving lower detection limits (up to 100 times better) than any technology. Also provide a more complete analysis of impurities including: H2, CO, CO2, H2O, O2, CH4, Kr, and Xe with other impurities available.
