  • Fully wired with advanced microprocessor-based digital control, solid-state power module, on/off curcuit breaker and thermocouple input jacks for each zone
  • Built-in adjustable high-limit overtemperature protection
  • LED simultaneously displays actual temperature vs. setpoint in °C or °F
  • Designed for operation on 120, 208, or 240V 50/60Hz, single-phase line

Overtemperature Control

  • Adjustable digital control is factory installed
  • Protects furnace and load in the event of primary control curcuit failure
  • Overrides main controller and shuts off power to furnace if high limit is reached
  • Must be manually reset for safety
  • Operates via magnetic contacts through a signal from an independent thermocouple

  • Three microprocessor-based PID controls, single segment, single setpoint, one ramp to set point
  • 1200°C Three Zone, 16 Segment, Three Programmable Controllers for Split-hinge Furnaces (CC58434PC)
    • Center Zone—One microprocessor-based PID programmable control, with one program of 16 segments for ramps (up and down) and eight dwells (timed holds)
    • End Zones—Two microprocessor-based PID control, single segment, single setpoint; microprocessers mimic the programmed profile of the center zone controller, but allow a digitally displayed offset up to 100°C

    1200°C Digital, Single Setpoint Controllers for Split-hinge Furnaces (CC58114PBA, CC58114PA)

    • Includes one microprocessor-based PID control, single segment, single setpoint, one ramp to setpoint
    • CC58114PBA includes overtemperature control

    1500°C Digital, Single Setpoint Controller for Box Furnaces (CC58125C)

    • Includes three microprocessor-based PID controls, single segment, single setpoint, one ramp to set point
  • 1500°C Digital, Single Program, Multiple Segment Programmable Controllers for Box Furnaces (CC58125PC, CC58125PBC)
    • Advanced microprocessor-based PID control, single program with multiple segments for ramp and dwell temperature control
