MK.1 Low Pin Count ESD and Latch-Up Test System

Thermo Scientific* MK.1 test system provides rapid, high yield testing of devices with up to 256 pins for ESD and Latch-Up susceptibility—from design through post-production qualification.
The MK.1 is a highly efficient and cost-effective turnkey system, and is a direct replacement for Keytek ZapMaster systems. This system can perform ESD testing conforming to industry's trailing pulse requirements. It also offers a High Impedance pin testing feature, which incorporates a 10K shunt during stressing to eliminate any pre-discharge voltage ramp developed prior to the ESD discharge.

  • Allows the direct use of existing ZapMaster test fixtures and provides an easy fixture translation import feature
  • Enhanced data set features using the XML Data Base within the Scimitar application
