Amidites for fluorescent labeling - DyLight* Phosphoramidites

• Introduce a fluorescent tag at the 5'-position of an oligonucleotide

• Payment of licensing fees is not required for use of DyLight dyes in research applications

FAM-6 and Fluorescein:

• FAM-6 and fluorescein labeled oligonucleotides are used in sequencing and PCR applications
• These phosphoramidites may be used on all automated DNA synthesizers using standard synthesis procedures
• FAM-6 is further purified to remove the 5-isomer and leaves ≥95% of the 6-isomer; the higher purity of the single isomer is ideal in applications requiring higher sensitivity
