Spectral DB is a desktop tool for managing spectral and chromatography data. Like most databases, it can store textual information such as sample number and compound name. In addition, Spectral DB can store associated binary data like spectra and chemical structures, making it not only informational but also visually adaptable to technical presentations. Spectral DB is supported by the Thermo Scientific Smart Convert technology, giving it the unique capability of being a repository of data files from hundreds of different analytical instruments. And because Spectral DB is inherently built to communicate with an installed copy of GRAMS, all the processing, viewing, and plotting capabilities of GRAMS and its add-on applications can be applied to one's data.
