• RNA oligonucleotides synthesized using 2'-Fluoro U and C phosphoramidites have increased thermal stability of RNA duplexes and nuclease resistance of single-stranded RNA
• These phosphoramidites can be incorporated into custom siRNA oligonucleotides for use in gene-targeting and suppression studies
