SGD-O Density Gauge for Fracturing and Cementing

The device is engineered to endure high shock and vibration as well as withstand the extreme moisture and high humidity of oilfield environments. The system is comprised of three components. The source and detector work together to measure the fluid density while the remotely located electronic transmitter provides a clear digital display of the measurement. 

The gauge measures through any pipe thickness, with the detector providing response in three to five seconds and with accuracy of ±0.1 pounds per gallon. The transmitter can be mounted up to 100 feet away from the gauge to ensure worker safety.
