  • For more demanding environments, and where it is necessary to ensure that only one specific EPD can be “seen” by the reader, the desktop model ACT-5 may be used
  • The IrDA and ACT-5 are compatible with EasyEPD2 and EasyIssue software
  • PC Connection: Serial RS232 or USB 1.1 and 2.0 compatible interface direct to PC
  • Cable length: Serial 1.2m USB 1.0m
ACT-4 Desktop Reader is supplied with keypad:

  • PS/2 style mini-DIN keyboard connection; accepts input from full keyboard
  • PS/2 cable provided to connect to PC system unit (length 6.5 ft. (2m))
  • Keypad/Keyboard key operated selector switch
