Project Management

Project management of engineering and shop drawing preparation, submittal processes, manufacturing, scheduling, shipping and installation.
Project oversight of job site activities and internal processes, applying both casework and construction experience.
 

Service Overview:

Project Management oversees the issuance of shop drawings, the approval process of those drawings and following the product through the manufacturing process. Project Management works with other contractors at the job site for shipments and receipt of products, inspection, installation and final project punch listing.

Customers are assigned one contact for any given project. The assigned contact person oversees all facets of job site activities and internal processes produces results that meet or exceed customer expectations. Our project managers have extensive casework and construction experience, and they understand the needs of our customers.
