Service Overview:

The eService Customer Portal provides supported customers easy access to a range of services including incident login and tracking, as well as access to our Knowledge Base and documentation. The incident login page enables users to easily create and track progress of support inquiries. Accessing the Informatics eService Customer Portal requires customer registration and is offered only to customers with an active support contract.

Superior technical support is about providing customer much more than access to technical support professionals. The eService Customer Portal provides access to important announcements, product Information, documentation, downloads, defect tracking, training schedules, event archives and an issue management system where you can:

  • Log support incidents over the internet Upload documents, problem code, dump files, etc.
  • Monitor progress of support incidents Search across incidents, knowledge base, and documentation
  • Make suggestions to improve our products and services
